An old lady

“If the highest aim of a captain were to preserve his ship, he would keep it in port forever.”

THOMAS AQUINAS

This is a famous tall ship, called USS Constellation, resting peacefully in the Inner Harbor, Baltimore. She was one of the first warships of the US Navy launched in 1854. I was intrigued by the rich texture of the decaying wood of the old ship. In addition, I liked the reflections dancing on her aging body. The black and white conversion further emphasized the above details.
